Problem

Creative Realities was looking to build up their website content and create more interactions with their existing database. The company had been using HubSpot for a long time, and had amassed a long list of contacts, but those individuals were not being engaged in any way. The marketing team requested my assistance in nurturing those dormant contacts.

Solution

To engage the database of contacts, we built the following:

  • Multiple vertical specific nurturing campaigns – Built to share content that would speak to the specific problems and interests of each contact.
  • A monthly newsletter and blog cadence – Sent twice monthly, contacts received updates on new content added to the website.
  • Additional website content – Including a download center, blog posts and case studies.
  • Lead scoring – to identify the quality of incoming leads and notify the sales team of good matches for new business.

Results

Here’s what we achieved through this project:

  • Throughout the year, organic search traffic increased considerably, from 267 to 1,000 sessions per month.
  • 2,700+ contacts were added to the database.
  • We sent 125,000+ emails, with an increased open rate of 16%.
