The marketing team at Wysdom wanted to overhaul their website to ensure that they come across as a refined software company. The stock images used across the website pages weren’t adding to the content and felt out of place. They really wanted a fresh new look that felt more contemporary, brighter, and engaging.
Aside from aesthetics, a few functional issues needed to be resolved. The website lacked an internal linking strategy and prospects rarely made it to their demo request page. The internal team struggled to add content, and as a result the website lacked important information around their customer success.
As a first step in redesigning the website, we decided to focus on the Operations Center website page. This page contained valuable content about Wysdom’s primary product offering, and was a huge pain point for the sales and marketing teams. I used Figma to create design mockups, which we used to collaborate and reach the final design. After approval, I developed the website page with Elementor Pro in their staging environment, and the team pushed it into production after testing was completed.
The new design of the page brought out Wysdom’s personality: friendly, intelligent, kind and thoughtful, and with a sense of humor. Along with the new page design came a sleek new navigation and carefully planned responsive styling to ensure a great user experience across all screen sizes.
After the redesign of the Operations Center, we carried the new design to the rest of the website. Using Elementor Pro, we went straight to editing on the staging site using the new global styles and rules that we put in place during the initial phase of the project. The result was exactly what Wysdom was looking for – a fresh, clean new website that showcased their expertise in chatbot analytics and AI technology.
Wysdom was acquired by Calabrio in 2024, and as a result the website from this project is not live anymore. I’ve included the video below to demonstrate the flow of the final result.
